Duties Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns using advanced tax preparation software and accounting tools. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws by staying current on updates and regulations. Review financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules to accurately report taxable income. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, clarify questions, and explain complex tax concepts in understandable terms. Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their financial outcomes and minimize liabilities. Conduct analysis of financial data to identify deductions, credits, and other opportunities for tax savings. Support client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and providing excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty. Requirements Proven experience in tax preparation, public accounting, or related finance roles with a strong understanding of tax law and compliance requirements is a plus. No experience requiered. Proficiency in accounting software; familiarity with various tax reporting tools is essential. Solid knowledge of individual and corporate tax return preparation processes along with partnership tax expertise. Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all filings. Excellent client communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and professionally. Ability to handle multiple deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards. Basic math skills including proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry accuracy.
