EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING & TAX PROFESSIONAL

Nimble Professional Services is looking for an experienced Accounting & Tax Professional to join our tax team! We're looking for someone who already has a strong foundation in accounting and tax preparation and is ready to step into a role where their experience, judgment, and attention to detail will be valued. The ideal candidate will have experience with areas such as: Individual and business tax return preparation Bookkeeping and general ledger accounting Financial statement preparation and account reconciliation Payroll and payroll tax reporting Working directly with clients and managing multiple deadlines Tax preparation experience is especially important. We need an individual who is comfortable researching questions and taking ownership of client assignments. Experience with Quickbooks, Drake Tax and Drake Accounting is highly beneficial but not required. Candidates should also be comfortable and proficient with Microsoft 365 products, including: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams Microsoft SharePoint Other Microsoft 365 applications used for communication, collaboration, and document management At Nimble Professional Services, we work with individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, legal practices, and financial institutions.
