Liberty Tax is looking for seasonal Office Assistants to join our team in our Office in Lexington, NC. You will assist in receptionist type duties such as: Greet clients, answer phones, and direct calls. Also, maintain filing systems, including client files, and supplies. This may also include scheduling appointments on our system. Quality control of our client tax return files would also be necessary. For the right candidate we could also offer training in the skill of the preparation of simple and intermediate, individual, and small business Federal and State tax returns. This is a seasonal position with potential for year round. You will play an important role in promoting our services and expertise to prospects and clients. This is a permanent position for the right candidate. Come join our team!

Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Balance multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service. Strong customer service skills with ability to empathize and instill confidence. Ability to understand and gain the knowledge of applicable tax laws, regulations and deadlines. Proficiency with common CRM, word processing and spreadsheet software applications. Great organizational skills, including time management and strategic thinking.

Strong verbal and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
