Dependent on experience Role Overview Seeking a Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer to handle client bookkeeping, individual and business tax preparation, and basic accounting responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Prepare 1040 personal income tax returns, including Schedule C, Schedule F, and depreciation schedules. Provide bookkeeping services using QuickBooks. Assist with payroll and sales tax reporting. Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation. Key Qualifications Prior QuickBooks experience. Income tax preparation experience. ProSeries Tax Software experience. Knowledge of payroll and sales tax reporting. Experience with bookkeeping for farmers or businesses. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
