Description The Bank Teller is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately processing a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, assists with account inquiries, promotes banking products and services, and ensures compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to handle cash transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment. Requirements + 1+ years of cash handling, banking, retail, or customer service experience preferred.

+ Experience processing financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy.

+ Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

+ Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.

+ Knowledge of banking procedures, regulations, and security protocols preferred.

+ Proficiency with banking systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer applications.

+ Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous banking or credit union experience is a plus.
