Job Summary Supervise a group of Tellers and assist the Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to ensure daily teller and new account operations are performed in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and customer service standards. Acquire customer relationships and provide services to new and existing customers. Identify customer needs in order to make referrals to appropriate staff and/or departments and initiate assistance to area of highest need as workflows dictate. Assist with the supervision and coordination of Teller line workflows and help ensure teller transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner. Assist in the prevention of fraud or theft by following and upholding Bank information security procedures to maintain customer confidentiality, privacy and data integrity. Assist Tellers with and complete advanced and complex customer transactions. Open, transfer, service and close accounts for new and existing customers. Approve transactions and provide supervisor overrides according to the Supervisor Approval Levels Assist management with on-going coaching, training, performance feedback and issue resolution assistance to Tellers as needed. Identify products/services opportunities to refer customers to appropriate staff members and/or departments. Meet or exceed referral goals set by management. Balance cash vault work under dual control and distribute documentation to appropriate departments. Assist the Safe Deposit department. Facilitate transactions between Tellers and Cash Vault, including cash orders/returns in compliance with established Branch Vault Working Fund policy. Assist with the internal audit of cash drawers. Develop and maintain deposit and non-deposit product and services knowledge. Stay informed of all upcoming and current marketing campaigns and advertising promotions. Promptly identify and inform managers of problematic issues when appropriate. Assist in ATM balancing process, night drop, open and closing bank and other dual control processes as required. Attend off-site and/or after hour events as designated by management. Provide customer assistance and education on customer banking technology, equipment, e-services or self-service options, setup and utilization. Adhere to, understand and comply with Bank's Standards of Conduct (Code of Ethics) policy. Adhere to all Liberty Bank policies, procedures and customer service standards as they apply to all aspects, duties and responsibilities of this position. Perform administrative tasks and all other duties as instructed. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years Teller experience and one year of previous customer service experience. One year of new accounts experience. One year of supervisory experience a plus. Fiserv Cleartouch experience a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
Strong oral communication skills and adequate writing abilities. Ability to understand and respond appropriately to both oral and written communications and/or instructions. Ability to analyze various situations and respond in a professional, straightforward manner and in accordance with Bank established procedures. Good mathematical aptitude and detail orientation. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer service environment in a professional manner throughout the day. Strong organization and planning abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Pay:
$19.25 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
