Job description: We are seeking a dependable, detail oriented, and customer focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller. The ideal candidate will have strong mathematical skills, excellent cash handling skills, friendly and professional attitude, and genuine willingness to learn. We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing things correctly, demonstrates sound judgement, and understands the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and following banking regulations. Required Skills and Qualities Accuracy Strong math skills and confidence in handling cash. Excellent attention to detail ability to follow written instructions and established procedures. Customer Service/Communcation Skills Patience, professionalism, respect, strong listening skills, and clear communication. Dependability/Teamwork Reliable, punctual, hardworking, organized, and willing to assists coworkers. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and following through responsibilities. Judgement /Willingness to Learn Willingness to learn banking system, regulations, and compliance procedures. Ask questions when unsure rather then make assumptions. Receptive to instruction, coaching feedback, demonstrates high integrity , accountability, and initiative. Experience Previous teller, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred. Banking experience is a plus, but candidates who demonstrates strong skills, sound judgment, and willingness to learn will be considered.
