You'll keep the action flowing smoothly while ensuring everything stays in perfect compliance with racing regulations and company policies—because accuracy and fun go hand in hand!
• Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers with genuine warmth and deliver lightning-fast, accurate service that keeps the excitement going Master all transactions and documentation like a pro, staying sharp with racing regulations and company procedures Expertly exchange currency for mutuel betting and keep the money moving seamlessly Keep your bank balance razor-sharp and balanced to perfection Smoothly transfer monies between workstations to keep operations humming Work the ten-key adding machine with confidence and speed Keep your workspace organized, stocked, and ready for action Qualifications Job Specifications Must be at least 21 years of age.

Prior experience in a similar position preferred. Must be knowledgeable about racing, gaming, and all applicable regulations. Must be detail-oriented. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be able to stand or sit for duration of shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and lift. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
