This includes operational compliance, internal controls and security policies and procedures. In addition, you will ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and Bank policies. Youll work alongside the retail Branch staff while also being a manager and mentor to them. In this role you will also be expected to be the model of what exceptional customer service looks like and help coach the other members of the team to reach these standards.
