TruChoice FCU is a community-focused credit union, prioritizing the financial well-being of our members and the communities we serve. We are growing and on the search for our newest fulltime Member Service Representative (Teller) at our Portland branch. In this role, you will serve our members through our teller line in-person, phone, and electronic access points. You will be empowered to make everyday banking simple for TruChoice members and to build relationships by completing cash and non-cash transactions, suggesting solutions, and resolving problems.

Job Requirements:

Strong attention to detail Outstanding customer service skills Strong communication and phone skills. Ability to find solutions and recommend products and services to optimize a member's experience. Organized, able to prioritize and shift gears quickly. Friendly upbeat attitude, and a desire to help people. Driver's license and reliable transportation.
