cPort Credit Union is currently seeking a Video Teller to provide exceptional member service through secure video-based teller interactions, combining accuracy, professionalism, and strong communication skills in a technologically advanced environment. Based out of the Riverside location, this role assists members with routine financial transactions, account-related questions, and service needs while maintaining cash handling accuracy, compliance with credit union policies, and a personable virtual experience. In addition to video-based teller service, this position provides ongoing Branch Support by responding to operational, branch, and member service needs. The balance of responsibilities may shift based on member traffic, departmental priorities, and the evolving needs of the business. Essential Job Functions Provide professional, personable, and efficient member service during virtual teller interactions, ensuring member needs are addressed accurately and with care. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other routine teller transactions using virtual teller systems with a high degree of accuracy. Maintain and balance a virtual cash drawer to the ITM system to ensure proper reconciliation and financial integrity. Assist members with account-related inquiries, transaction questions, and service issues, providing clear information and timely solutions. Follow all credit union policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements during each transaction and member interaction. Build positive relationships with members through engaging virtual interactions while supporting a collaborative team environment. Identify member needs and connect members with appropriate credit union products, services, or team members when additional support is needed. Perform Branch Support responsibilities as an integrated and meaningful part of the role, helping maintain efficient service across the department. Monitor and respond to Branch Support queues, branch requests, and member requests, adjusting focus as services volumes and priorities change. Provide flexible operational assistance, taking on varied assignments that support the service consistency, accuracy and timely completion of departmental work. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong commitment to member service with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully. Ability to learn and consistently follow established procedures, security requirements, and service standards. Comfort learning and using technology, video-based service tools, transaction systems, and related equipment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete work accurately and protect confidential information. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful when responding to questions or concerns. Ability to organize work, adapt to changing priorities, and move effectively between virtual teller and Branch Support responsibilities based on business needs. Ability to work collaboratively while also completing assigned responsibilities independently and in a timely manner. Previous teller, member service, or credit union experience. Experience with virtual teller, ITM, or video banking systems. Familiarity with Symitar and credit union audit or compliance processes. Location Portland, Main Office. After thorough training, this position have the option for a hybrid work arrangement based on business needs and performance expectations.

Salary Description:

$24/hr - $30.76/hr
