What You'll Do As a Teller on our Member Support team, you'll be the welcoming face of TCCU.
Your responsibilities include:
Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing Maintaining accuracy while balancing your cash drawer Providing friendly, efficient service to every member Educating members on credit union products and promotions Supporting branch operations with professionalism and a positive attitude Following credit union procedures and financial regulations Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, family like work culture Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) 401(k) match

Requirements:
What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly positive, member-focused attitude Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus Education High school diploma or equivalent required Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
Your Job Classification & Schedule:
Full-time, variable schedule, Monday-Saturday (Saturday rotation)
