First National Bank of Gilbert is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions. Assist customers with opening and maintaining deposit accounts. Answer customer questions and provide information on banking products and services. Assist with online banking, debit cards, and general account inquiries. Accurately balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records. Follow bank policies, procedures, and security guidelines. Provide friendly, professional service to customers.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, organized, and able to multitask. Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems. Previous banking or cash-handling experience preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
