Job Description

Community Bank is looking for energetic people wanting to provide outstanding customer service at our Mankato branches. If you have attention to detail, want to work one-on-one with some of the best staff and customers around and have cash handling experience

you should apply! Our Mankato branches are generally open Monday through Friday 7:30
5:30 and Saturdays 8:00 noon. Full-Time and Reduced-Time positions include a comprehensive benefit package (PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, ESST, paid holidays and more!)

Perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs and inquiries.
Utilize basic math skills to balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
Adhere to all financial regulations and security procedures to ensure the safety of transactions.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and organized banking environment. Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in cash handling, banking or financial services
Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
