Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a wide range of personal banking services, including opening new accounts, assisting customers with inquiries, and addressing problem accounts. You will play a key role in developing strong customer relationships while ensuring all banking activities comply with bank policies. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with account problems, including reconcilement and research. Cross-sell additional bank services to enhance customer banking experience. Act as a liaison between the customer and the bank, fostering strong relationships. Prepare follow-up letters and thank you cards for new accounts to maintain customer engagement. Stay informed on economic, governmental, and community matters to better engage with customers. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Experience in personal banking or financial services (preferred) Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively Knowledge of bank products and services

Work Environment:

This is a fully in-person position based at our Shakopee branch location.

Pay:
