Full-Time - 40 hours Essential Job Functions Demonstrate Century Bank of the Ozarks mission in all you do: Provide excellence in financial services while reinvesting in the communities we serve. Serve daily as teller performing basic and complex transactions. (cash handling, balancing of drawers, vaults, coin machine, etc.) Consistently provide exceptional customer service and appropriately manage customer complaints. Uncover needs and deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate bank products. Comply with bank policy, laws, and regulations. Complete all required trainings as well as ABA assigned courses.
