Job Description

In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries and opening accounts, as well as providing customer service and resolving customer issues.

Responsibilities:

Must have computer skills. Answer phones/routine customer questions. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to multi task, be accurate. Process customer transactions.
