Full-Time Job Description The Head Teller is responsible for the day-to-day supervising, training, and developing of tellers; and serves as the main contact for tellers to assist them in resolving teller transactions, balancing issues, and cash outages. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supervises and helps other tellers to perform duties effectively & efficiently
Helps tellers handle and resolve customer / teller transactions and balancing issues
Oversees and manages the cash vault, orders, and ships money / Manages ATM
Processes financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining daily & accurate drawer balancing
Schedule tellers who will work on Saturday's (will include some Saturdays from 9 to 12 for you)
Open accounts including personal, non-personal, and IRA's; following correct procedures and policies
Improve customers banking experience by ensuring the customers are addressed promptly and their needs met accurately
Ensure confidential customer information is properly protected and only used for official purposes The successful candidate will have:

Ability to supervise closely Preferred Position Requirements
High school education or its equivalent.

Regular hours are from 8:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday and some Saturday's from 9:00 to 12:00. Benefit package includes health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance.
