Full-Time Job Description The Head Teller is responsible for the day-to-day supervising, training, and developing of tellers; and serves as the main contact for tellers to assist them in resolving teller transactions, balancing issues, and cash outages. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Supervises and helps other tellers to perform duties effectively & efficiently
- Helps tellers handle and resolve customer / teller transactions and balancing issues
- Oversees and manages the cash vault, orders, and ships money / Manages ATM
- Processes financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining daily & accurate drawer balancing
- Schedule tellers who will work on Saturday's (will include some Saturdays from 9 to 12 for you)
- Open accounts including personal, non-personal, and IRA's; following correct procedures and policies
- Improve customers banking experience by ensuring the customers are addressed promptly and their needs met accurately
- Ensure confidential customer information is properly protected and only used for official purposes The successful candidate will have:
