Full-Time Job Description The Head Teller is responsible for the day-to-day supervising, training, and developing of tellers; and serves as the main contact for tellers to assist them in resolving teller transactions, balancing issues, and cash outages. Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Supervises and helps other tellers to perform duties effectively & efficiently
  • Helps tellers handle and resolve customer / teller transactions and balancing issues
  • Oversees and manages the cash vault, orders, and ships money / Manages ATM
  • Processes financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining daily & accurate drawer balancing
  • Schedule tellers who will work on Saturday's (will include some Saturdays from 9 to 12 for you)
  • Open accounts including personal, non-personal, and IRA's; following correct procedures and policies
  • Improve customers banking experience by ensuring the customers are addressed promptly and their needs met accurately
  • Ensure confidential customer information is properly protected and only used for official purposes The successful candidate will have:

  • High school education or its equivalent.
Regular hours are from 8:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday and some Saturday's from 9:00 to 12:00. Benefit package includes health, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance. We also offer paid vacation, sick time, and Holidays. We also offer a 401(k) plan with both pre-tax and Roth options. Experience is desired but not mandatory. Equal employment opportunity.
