Basic Purpose:

Provides assistance to customers with deposit account transactions. Represents the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands business relationships and enhances the Bank's image contributing to its growth. Provide excellent customer service in all customer and employee interactions.

Responsibilities:

Is knowledgeable of all deposit products and services. Provide prompt, efficient professional and friendly service at all times. Refer customers to other retail divisions, i.e. customer service, loan, mortgage, NVIS for investment needs, etc. Participates in all campaigns & events. Attends training classes/seminars for all relationship building and other training as required. Recognize an opportunity with good listening skills for a referral to another department; respond to that opportunity by following through with the referral.
