Branch Manager Position Summary Unity Bank of Mississippi is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative to join our team at our new location in Coffeeville, Mississippi. This position will serve as an important first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while accurately processing transactions, assisting with account-related needs, and identifying opportunities to meet customers' financial service needs. The ideal candidate will be dependable, personable, detail-oriented, and committed to building strong relationships with customers and the local community. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide professional, courteous service.
• Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashing checks, and other account transactions.
• Accurately handle cash and maintain appropriate cash balances.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions in accordance with bank procedures.
• Assist customers with account questions and routine service needs.
• Open and maintain customer accounts and assist with account documentation as authorized.
• Explain bank products and services and refer customers to appropriate bank personnel when additional assistance is needed.
• Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through appropriate referrals for loans, deposits, digital banking, and other financial services.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking services.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and protect sensitive financial information.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, security requirements, and applicable banking regulations.
• Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming branch environment.
• Assist with other branch duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking, cash-handling, retail, or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn banking software and technology.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
