Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Head Teller to oversee the operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and excellent cash handling skills. Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations and ensure efficient functioning
- Supervise branch staff and provide guidance and training as needed
- Oversee cash management, including cash handling and teller drawer operations
- Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Implement strategies to optimize branch performance Requirements
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and math skills
- Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
