Hours:

Monday

• Friday, 8:30am
• 5:00pm (Friday hours may vary); occasional Saturdays, 8:30am
• 1:00pm (rotating schedule)

Pay:

$17.00/hour Key Responsibilities

• Provide services to members in person, by phone, or by mail
• Process deposits to share, share draft, and other savings accounts
• Disburse cash or check withdrawals
• Offer traveler checks, stamps, tickets, and cash advances
• Complete payroll deduction requests
• Receive loan and service charge payments
• Process transfers and automatic distributions between accounts
• Operate on-line teller terminals and record transactions accurately
• Perform check encoding, ATM balancing, address updates, and filing as needed
• Assist with general office tasks and support team members as required Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• 6 to 12 months of related cash handling or customer service experience
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to understand and follow simple instructions in writing and speech
• Ability to pass a background check, credit check, and drug screen Nice to Have Skills
• Teller experience
• Customer service experience in a financial environment Preferred Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience Other Requirements
• Must pass a credit check, bondability check, background check, and drug test prior to interview
• Minimal facial piercings; small, tasteful tattoos approved by BFG
• No lifetime theft, fraud, deception convictions; no recent felonies or serious misdemeanors Benefits
