Responsibilities Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring adherence to banking regulations, procedures and security protocols Manage cash drawer handling with precision, maintaining balanced cash drawer at all times Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring account activity for suspicious behavior and adhering to industry regulations of financial compliance Promote and upsell banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts to meet customer needs and enhance their financial well-being Build lasting relationships through relationship management techniques, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through banking services and products Utilize banking software and Microsoft Office tools for record-keeping, transaction processing, and reporting purposes Experience Prior experience in banking is preferred Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering personalized service Familiarity with financial sales, upselling techniques, and cross-selling banking products Technical proficiency with banking software, cash handling systems, and Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of industry regulations related to financial compliance and financial services standards Basic math skills including retail math, cashiering accuracy, debits & credits understanding, and 10-key typing proficiency Ability to process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure Join us as a Full-Time Bank Teller where your energy fuels positive customer experiences!
