Base Pay:

$43,000 - $50,000/year Monthly sales incentives ranging from $100-$1000/month depending on sales goals met

Qualifications Required:

Teller Operations Supervisor:

Coaching and supporting Tellers to provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities to meet customer needs Managing Teller schedules, monitoring daily operations, and assigning tasks as needed Training and developing new team members to ensure proper procedures and compliance Conducting cash audits and following required audit procedures Greeting customers and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment Building strong customer relationships and recommending appropriate products and services Processing customer transactions and assisting with more complex requests Addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care
