Description A growing financial institution is seeking a Universal Banker to support branch operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role combines teller functions, account servicing, and relationship-building responsibilities in a customer-facing environment. Responsibilities

+ Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, wire transfers, remittances, and other banking transactions

+ Open and maintain checking, savings, and certificate of deposit (CD) accounts

+ Balance cash drawer and ensure accuracy of all transactions

+ Assist customers with account inquiries and service requests

+ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services

+ Support branch sales and customer outreach initiatives

+ Maintain compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations Requirements

+ Minimum 1 year of banking, teller, or credit union experience

+ Cash handling and transaction processing experience

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced branch environment

+ Knowledge of retail banking products and services preferred
