Required skills and knowledge:

High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Integrity, reliability, accountability, and attention to detail. Perform accurate mathematical calculations. Confidentiality and sound judgment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong computer skills, including ability to learn and navigate banking software, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
