We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented, person to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and confidentiality. You must be comfortable making dozens of transactions daily, communicating with different types of customers and be familiar with all the bank's products and services. There will be extensive use of many different computer software programs. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED. Banking experience required. Cash handling, and customer service experience is preferred. Pay (hourly wage) will be based upon qualifications. Additional items you may be responsible for (these are not all inclusive): Manage incoming calls Opening new accounts Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Assist customers with debit card issues/fraud Assist customers with their online banking
