Duties Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, ensuring fiscal responsibility and growth. Oversee all accounting functions including corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, and technical accounting practices such as ASC 606 revenue recognition standards. Lead the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow analyses, and regulatory reports to support informed decision-making. Manage treasury functions such as cash flow management, investment oversight, risk analysis, and cost control initiatives to optimize financial stability. Drive budgeting processes, financial projection model development, forecasting activities, and cost management strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and industry-specific regulations while maintaining rigorous internal controls. Lead a high-performing finance team by providing strategic direction, fostering professional development, and implementing best practices in financial software systems and data analytics tools for enhanced financial analysis. Skills Extensive experience in financial management with a strong understanding of finance directorship responsibilities. Proficiency in

IAS, IFRS, GAAP

standards, and regulatory reporting requirements across diverse industries. Expertise in corporate finance activities including investment management, revenue management, cost accounting, and risk management. Advanced skills in financial analysis, account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable processes, and general ledger accounting. Demonstrated ability to develop financial models using Excel data analysis tools and other data analytics platforms for accurate forecasting and strategic planning. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing finance teams; excellent communication skills for clear financial report writing and interpretation. Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations along with experience in public accounting environments when applicable. Technical proficiency with various accounting systems and financial software solutions to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
