This management-level finance leadership role is ideal for an experienced corporate finance professional who excels at financial planning, executive reporting, strategic analysis, and cross-functional leadership. The Director of Finance will work closely with senior leadership to improve financial transparency, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen financial performance across the organization and its subsidiaries. This is a high-visibility opportunity for a finance leader who enjoys partnering with executives, managing complex budgets, and influencing key business decisions in a project-based environment. The role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative leadership team, contribute to long-term growth, and help shape financial strategy for a stable, operations-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, and capital planning across the organization and subsidiaries. Prepare executive and board-level financial reporting, including KPI analysis, ROI analysis, financial trends, and business performance insights. Partner with senior leadership to support strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, process improvements, and financial decision-making. Manage financial oversight for large-scale projects, including budget tracking, forecasting, profitability analysis, and variance reporting. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles while improving financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional accountability. Support internal audits, financial controls, and continuous improvement initiatives related to finance processes and reporting.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$190,000 to $210,000 per year. Direct hire opportunity.
