Assistant Controller:
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee general ledger activity and account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist with audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Support and mentor accounting team members while partnering with operational leaders.
Assistant Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Experience with financial reporting, general ledger, and month-end close.
