Compensation:

$120,000-150,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and business decisions Manage core accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Monitor financial performance, analyze revenue and expenses, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiency Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members by establishing performance goals and providing ongoing coaching Partner with leadership and other departments to provide financial insights that support business growth

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience 2+ years of leadership or team management experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations #LI-LM1 #
