Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls Manage job costing, WIP reporting, forecasting, and project profitability Oversee AP, AR, payroll allocations, and general ledger activities Partner with leadership on financial planning and business performance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of accounting experience, including project-based accounting Strong GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close experience (required) Expertise in job costing and project-based accounting Advanced Excel skills CPA preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
