The Finance and Business Operations Manager will provide guidance, mentoring and training to their team, as well as manage both strategic planning and tactical processes. The functional areas of this role will include finance and accounting, human resources, IT systems, vendor management (non-production), managing cross-functional meetings and deliverables, and handling any other strategic and/or tactical requirements to keep the business of the company moving.

Finance and Accounting Responsibilities:

Oversee all finance and accounting functions, including, but not limited to: Payroll, A/P, Invoicing, A/R, G/L Cash management and banking Month-end close Tax, compliance and reporting matters Budgeting and forecasting Financial analysis, Profit/Loss and reporting

Operations Systems Management Responsibilities:

Manage the selection, implementation and management of Finance, Payroll, and Expense Management & HR Integration with production (Assignar) and sales (Dynamics CRM) systems

HR Responsibilities:

Manage interface with HR Onboarding, training, compliance, terminations Business Operation Responsibilities Coordinate and manage internal processes

Monthly Management Meetings Education and Experience:

10+ years of finance / accounting experience Advanced knowledge of USGAAP Experience with selection and implementation of accounting / operation business systems Experience creating strategic financial plans, budgeting and financial analysis

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Willingness to learn and develop Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, sorting large data sets, and basic formulas) Competence with standard office applications i.e. Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc. Experience with ERP systems and accounting software Attention to detail and accuracy, and organizational skills Strong analytical skills Effective communicator with good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and with a team Self-starter that can manage their time efficiently Able to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
