Key Responsibilities:

Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation. Oversee accounting operations across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll reporting, and cash management. Supervise, mentor, and allocate workloads for accounting team members. Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare supporting schedules and analyses. Support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis for leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within engineering, construction, consulting, or other project-based organizations. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger accounting, AP, AR, payroll, audits, and internal controls. CPA, or pursuit of CPA strongly preferred #LI_TH1 #
