Precision Recruiting is working with a fast-growing healthcare organization in the behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) space to identify an experienced Vice President of Finance. Position Overview:

The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial operations, driving strategy, and ensuring fiscal integrity. The ideal candidate will bring healthcare finance expertise, preferably in behavioral health or SUD treatment, and a track record of success in leadership roles within fast-paced organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support organizational growth. Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions. Partner with operational leaders to ensure strong financial performance. Optimize revenue cycle management and insurance reimbursement processes. Implement financial controls, compliance measures, and risk management strategies. Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred). Extensive experience in healthcare finance, ideally in behavioral health or SUD. Proven success in senior leadership roles within healthcare organizations. Strong knowledge of insurance reimbursement and healthcare financial operations. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$150,000 - $175,000 per year (commensurate with experience).
