This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a hands-on accounting executive who combines strong technical accounting expertise with experience in corporate financial reporting, treasury operations, cash management, and internal controls. The Corporate Controller will play a key role in strengthening financial infrastructure, optimizing cash flow and liquidity, ensuring debt covenant compliance, and improving operational processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead corporate and subsidiary month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Oversee corporate cash management, liquidity planning, and short- and long-term cash flow forecasting. Manage debt covenant calculations, compliance monitoring, and lender reporting. Maintain strong banking relationships and support working capital optimization. Provide strategic oversight of Accounts Payable, vendor payment controls, and procure-to-pay processes. Oversee contract administration and improve contract lifecycle management. Strengthen lease administration, tenant billing, and collections processes. Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate internal controls, accounting policies, and financial workflows. Partner with accounting, finance, and operations leadership to support the organization's strategic objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Active CPA license required. 10+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, and leadership experience. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and financial compliance. Real estate or financial services experience preferred. Public accounting experience, particularly with a Big Four or national firm, preferred. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. #AF123
