Implement financial and administrative procedures in all the functions of the company, such as, O2C and P2P cycles, inventory management and logistic operations, payroll and commissions, treasury and project control, among other procedures with B2C and B2B operations. Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow and reserve levels. Receive, record, and authorize requests for disbursements in accordance with company policies. Ensure internal control is aligned with the businesss best practices in compliance with USGAAP rules. Implement procedures to allow the company to generate and submit periodically accurate financial statements, in compliance with internal and external requirements as well as meeting deadlines. Ability to enhance the financial and accounting skills of the team/coworkers and work as management's copilot to identify opportunities and anticipate risks to support the decisions taken process to leverage the company growth with an extraordinary future on the Solar Energy industry.
