Full-Time | Executive Leadership Job Overview The Vice President of Construction will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the Project Management team, establishing consistent project execution standards, and ensuring all projects are delivered according to contractual obligations, schedules, budgets, and company expectations. This position serves as a key member of the leadership team and acts as the primary connection between Executive Leadership, Sales, Preconstruction, Project Management, Field Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting. Compensation $110,00-140,00 salary (DOE) Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Additional consideration for Spanish-speaking candidates What You'll Do Lead, coach, and hold PMs and APMs accountable for project results. Oversee multiple projects, proactively addressing schedule, scope, and financial risks. Protect profitability through accurate forecasting, cost control, and timely change orders. Strengthen project handoffs and ensure teams are ready for field mobilization. Coordinate with Sales, Field Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting. Support key customer relationships and resolve escalated project issues. Build consistent processes and reporting that support company growth. What You Bring 8+ years of construction experience, including substantial project management experience. 3+ years leading construction Project Managers or similar teams. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgets, scheduling, forecasting, and change orders. A track record of developing teams and managing multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction project management software. Experience in multifamily new construction, roofing, siding, or exterior construction is preferred.
