Why This Opportunity We are seeking a hands-on Division Controller to lead accounting and finance for a multi-site manufacturing division. This visible role will oversee plant controllers and division staff, strengthen the close and control environment, partner across the business, and support future systems transformation.

Location:

Peachtree City, GA Key Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, intercompany activity, capital accounting, AR, and AP.
• Maintain balance-sheet integrity across all entities and plants, ensuring timely reconciliations and resolution of aged or unusual items.
• Maintain a strong SOX and internal-control environment, including remediation and segregation of duties.
• Partner with operations, purchasing, engineering, IT, and finance on spending decisions, vendor activity, analysis, and process improvement. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Progressive accounting leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close, balance-sheet accounting, inventory and cost accounting, SOX, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel, analytical, and financial-reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex information into business insights.
• Strong leadership, judgment, and communication skills, including experience working directly with external auditors. Preferred Qualifications
• CPA or CMA preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
