Job Description
A well-established and growing organization is seeking a Controller to lead its accounting function and partner with senior leadership on financial performance, reporting, and process improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the month-end close process, managing day-to-day accounting operations, and supporting strategic business decisions.
ResponsibilitiesLead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review financial statements, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, cash management, and general ledger activities.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics.
Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership.
Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Coordinate year-end activities and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors.
Partner with operational leaders to improve reporting, processes, and overall business performance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
