They are seeking a hands-on Controller to join their management team and partner closely with executive leadership. Responsibilities Lead month-end close and financial reporting Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations Oversee AP/AR and accounting operations Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements Present financial results and support pricing decisions Drive process improvements and efficiencies Supervise a small accounting team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Manufacturing accounting experience preferred Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus) Strong financial reporting and leadership skills Hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset #LI-DO1 #
