Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Financial Planning to lead our financial advisory team. This pivotal role involves overseeing comprehensive financial planning services, managing client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of investment planning, wealth management, and retirement strategies, with proven expertise practicing in the securities industry. As a key leader, you will drive the development of tailored financial solutions that meet our clients' unique needs while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory due diligence. Duties Lead and oversee the delivery of comprehensive financial planning and advisory services, including investment planning, wealth management, and retirement planning. Manage and cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, understanding client goals, and providing personalized financial advice. Utilize advanced financial planning software to develop detailed strategies aligned with clients' objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor by communicating complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to clients. Ensure all financial plans comply with regulatory standards through diligent regulatory due diligence practices. Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative financial solutions that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Stay current on industry trends, securities regulations, and best practices to maintain expertise in practicing within the securities industry. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff members, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence. Qualifications Extensive experience practicing in the securities industry with a strong background in financial planning and advisory services. Proven track record in client relationship management and client communication skills. Proficiency with advanced financial planning software tools. In-depth knowledge of investment strategies, wealth management, and retirement planning advisory services. Demonstrated experience with regulatory due diligence processes within the financial sector. Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CFP®, CFA®, or equivalent are preferred. Pay:

$133,836.00 - $164,145.00 per year
