Manufacturing Controller Pay Rate:
$140,000-$160,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory activity, and financial performance
  • Monitor and investigate cost variances and operational trends
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting activities
  • Track key metrics, inventory levels, and production performance
  • Partner with operations to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
  • Develop reports and analysis to support business and financial decisions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience
  • Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and variance analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
  • Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and operations teams #
