Oversee plant cost accounting, inventory controls, and production variance analysis
Partner cross-functionally to identify risks, improve execution, and strengthen cash flow
Develop scalable financial processes and lead a high-performing accounting team

What You Bring:

Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
Strong background in manufacturing, construction, or engineered-to-order environments
Expertise in cost accounting, project reporting, and ERP systems
Proven ability to translate financial data into operational action

Work Environment:

On-site in a manufacturing facility (hybrid considered, ~3 days in-office), with regular collaboration on the production floor.
