Job Description:

Robertson Homes is seeking candidates for our Controller position with at least 7-10 years of accounting and finance experience. CPA licensure preferred. Public accounting experience preferred. Strong computer and technology skills a must. We have expanded into apartments and have some great and large land positions in Southeast Michigan. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with level of experience. Discretionary bonus in addition to salary.

Key Duties include:

• Direct the finance staff
• Direct preparation of accurate and timely financial information
• Responsible for all cash planning
• Annual budget preparation
• Provide accurate and reliable forecasting
• Supervise tax preparation and audit and assist in tax planning
• Administer accounting software for computers
• Pay all invoices and payroll timely and accurately
• Maintain holder relations
• Administer all real estate documentation closings
• Administer all insurance needs
• Assist in preparing all bank packages for loans
• Assist President in acquisition of debt and equity
• Maintain bank relationships
• Maintain SPIs and review Monthly Pricing Sheets Robertson Homes is not just another home builder.

Annual Salary Range:

$105,000 to $125,000
