salary:
$120,000 - $160,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5
PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Plant Financial Leadership:
Own the month-end close, produce accurate financial statements, reconcile general ledger accounts, and manage inter-company balances.
Costing & Analytics:
Develop and maintain standard costs, prepare customer quotes, evaluate project paybacks, and deliver daily operational performance reports to executive leadership.
Daily Cash & Credit Management:
Monitor daily cash balances/flow, handle A/R invoicing, manage collections, perform credit checks on new customers, and coordinate bank loans as needed.
Inventory & Asset Management:
Oversee fixed asset schedules, evaluate inventory accuracy, manage inventory provisions, and actively participate in the annual physical inventory count.
Team Supervision:
Guide, mentor, and oversee the day-to-day activities of the local accounting team.
Audit & Compliance Prep:
Lead the charge on year-end audit schedules, property tax filings, and insurance renewal prep.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
3-5 years of progressive accounting experience strictly within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Chops:
Proven expertise in standard costing, general ledger integrity, fixed assets, and data entry/ERP systems.
Mindset:
 analytical ability, high attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to daily plant transactions.
