This is a great fit for someone detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable juggling multiple sets of books.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books for [X] companies (AP/AR, reconciliations, monthly close) Process payroll for all entities Track and categorize personal/household expenses Prepare financial reports and cash flow summaries Liaise with CPA/tax preparer at year-end Flag discrepancies or unusual spending patterns

Requirements:

3+ years bookkeeping experience (multi-entity a plus) Proficiency in QuickBooks (or similar) and payroll software (Gusto, ADP, etc.) High discretion — will have access to sensitive financial/personal info Strong organizational skills, self-directed

Pay:

$63,757.79 - $76,783.58 per year
