Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial statements. In this pivotal role, you will oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting across multiple entities. Your expertise with quickbooks accounting software and spreadsheets, and regulatory compliance will drive efficiency and accuracy in our financial processes. As a key leader within our team, you will coordinate closely with management, vendors, and stakeholders and our outside CPA firm to deliver financial information on time and within budget while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects and influence the financial success of our entities. Responsibilities Supervise A/P and A/R team. Lead the development and management of cash, accounts receivables, accounts payables and inventory. Maintain and update fixed asset schedules. Be proficient in preparing journal entries and timely month end financial statements and weekly management reports. Coordinating payroll and new hire information with the outside Payroll/HR firm. Requirements Experienced Controller or CPA desired. Proficient in Quickbooks accounting Software. Proven experience managing a team of accounting personnel This is a growing company with multiple locations and entitles which requires a strong background in accounting and financial statement preparation.
