Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. Duties Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including business development initiatives. Oversee corporate accounting functions such as general ledger management, account analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable processes. Ensure accurate preparation and interpretation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards. Manage risk analysis procedures and implement risk management practices to safeguard organizational assets and ensure regulatory compliance across governmental and non-profit sectors. Direct treasury functions including cash flow analysis, investment management, cost control measures, and banking relationships to optimize fiscal health. Develop financial projection models using advanced data analytics tools to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts. Lead the finance team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, technical proficiency, and strategic management excellence in financial operations. Qualifications Extensive experience in accounting and finance leadership roles with proven expertise in financial management, including finance directorship or senior executive positions. Strong knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations such as

GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC

606, and governmental accounting standards. Demonstrated ability to develop complex financial models and utilize data analytics tools for insightful decision-making. Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced Excel data analysis techniques. Deep understanding of corporate finance principles including profit & loss management, cost accounting, budget development, forecasting, and investment strategies. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse finance teams effectively in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication skills for preparing detailed financial reports and interpreting complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly desirable.
