Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations on accounting practices, operational efficiencies, and financial management strategies.
• Partner with managers and senior colleagues to resolve complex accounting matters and support client needs.
• Contribute to forecasting, long-range planning, key performance metric tracking, and financial modeling efforts.
• Review deliverables completed by senior staff and offer guidance to support technical development.
• Present financial results and actionable insights to client executives and other decision-makers.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal expectations.
